The Twins at  PowderMill is a new  development designed to help bring back Frankford and Juniata Park.  The project was conceived in 1999 as a part of the Frankford Plan process to revitalize lower Frankford and upper Juniata Park.  The project is the largest homeownership development in this section of Philadelphia in thirty years.

     The Twins at PowderMill will provide an opportunity for homeowners of various income levels to come together and help revitalize Juniata Park. Homes are being priced for households making less than 80% and up to 115% of median income. There are special state and federal mortgage programs available for ALL buyers as well as down payment assistance for those who qualify.

Should you wish to purchase a home at The Twins at PowderMill you will be required to provide the following information in order to qualify for a reservation:

1. Proof of Income including a current paystub and recent W-2

2. Proof of current employment

3. Housing Counseling Certificate from an Agency approved by Philadelphia OHCD

4. Sufficient savings of at least $5000 necessary to qualify for financing.

5. A Mortgage pre-approval from a lender approved by Impact CDC or a mortgage commitment.
